Hi, I'm Lolita. And I've been exactly where you are.

I know what it feels like to do everything right and still feel like your body is working against you.

In my early 40s I was exhausted and gaining weight despite eating less and exercising more than ever. I tried everything. Nothing worked the way it used to, and I had no idea why.
