Free THRIVE METHOD recipe book
What I eat in a week to stay 90+ pounds down
23 of my Thrive Method recipes: high-protein, high-fiber, laid out day by day, with the meal prep plan and a grocery list for the whole week.
People ask me what I actually eat, so I wrote it down for you. Seven breakfasts, a few lunches I prep ahead, seven dinners, and dessert every night.
Protein and fiber go on the plate first at every meal. Follow the week as written or move the days around to fit your life.

How I eat now, 90+ pounds later
Most of my lunches are leftovers or chicken or salmon I cooked ahead. A dinner like lasagna soup or curry turns into the next day's lunch without me thinking about it. And I have dessert almost every night, usually something warm in a mug or a ramekin, because I like it and it keeps me coming back to the Thrive Method plan.
What's in the book
- The full week on one page, breakfast through dessert
- 7 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 7 dinners and 6 desserts, all recipes I make myself
- A meal prep plan that shows which dinners become the next day's lunch
- A grocery list for the entire week, split into fresh and pantry
There's also a short list of fiber helpers I keep around, like chickpeas, lentils and frozen edamame, for the days a meal comes up a little light.
