As Seen In
You are almost certainly undereating.
Not overeating. Undereating the two things your body actually needs right now, while feeling guilty about food all day long. I am going to fix that, and I am going to do it without asking you to count a single calorie.
Your two numbers
Calculated for your body on day one, not pulled off a chart.
How to actually hit them
Without cooking separate meals or living on chicken breast.
What happens to your hunger
Most women notice it around day five. You aren't HUNGRY anymore.
Almost nobody is anywhere near these.
Protein and fiber. That is the whole list. Not calories, not points, not net carbs, not macro percentages, not your step count. The targets are simple to state. Getting to them is the part nobody manages on their own.
Number One
Your protein number
Your goal weight, in grams, every day. If you want to weigh 150, you eat 150 grams of protein. Most women I talk to are eating about half that and have no idea.
Number Two
Your fiber number
Thirty grams a day. This one is going to be harder than the protein, and almost everyone gets that backwards. It is also where most people break their streak in week one.
Simple on paper. Now try hitting both on a Tuesday when there is nothing in the fridge, you have twenty minutes, and everyone else in the house wants pasta. That is the whole reason this challenge exists.
The honest part
I am not a coach and I do not take clients.
I got certified as a nutritionist because I was desperate, not because I wanted a career in it.
I did keto for years and I was good at it. I wrote the cookbooks, I had it dialed in, and then somewhere in my forties it stopped working. Not gradually. It just stopped.
So I tried everything else. Every plan, every protocol. Then we were all shut in our houses in 2020 and I gained back every pound I had worked so hard to lose, with my name on cookbooks about how to lose it.
I was so tired of the internet. Twelve people saying twelve different things, all of them certain, none of them talking about a body my age. So I got certified as a nutritionist so I could stop asking and go find the answers for myself.
What I found surprised me. I had spent years eating low carb and counting calories and barely thinking about protein or fiber, and at forty-five my body wanted the opposite. When I finally started eating enough protein and enough fiber, I was eating noticeably more food than I had been while I was gaining weight, and I stopped being hungry all the time.
I lost 94 pounds. I have kept it off through my fifties, through every trip and every holiday and every table I did not get to plan.
For 21 days I am giving you exactly what I did, in the order I would do it again.
94 pounds, and still off
This is not a short-term before and after. It's the only thing that works LONG TERM.
Anyone can hold something together for twelve weeks. I have held this through every holiday season since my forties, through travel, through tables I did not get to plan, through my fifties.
Not because I am disciplined. Because once you know your two numbers and how to hit them, it stops taking effort.
The Offer
Here is exactly what you get.
01 · DAY ONE, LIVE WITH ME
Why these two numbers, and where you actually are right now.
A 60-minute live workshop. Recorded, yours to keep.
We start by working out what you are currently eating, which is the part that surprises everyone. Then I explain why your body needs what it needs at this age, because you have been handed rules with no reasoning your entire adult life and it is part of why none of them stuck.
- What you are actually eating right now, and the size of the gap
- What changed in your body after forty, in plain language
- Muscle, and why holding onto it is the most important thing happening in your forties and fifties
- Why protein is the answer and not just part of the answer
- What fiber does that nothing else does, and why it affects your hunger more than almost anything on your plate
- Why cutting calories makes all of this worse, and what happens when you stop
- What hitting your numbers actually looks like across a normal Tuesday
- The foods that quietly do most of the work, and the ones you think are helping that are not
You will leave knowing where you are starting from, why your body needs what it needs, and exactly what you are doing tomorrow morning. Sixty minutes. I know you are busy, and I will be efficient with it. It'll be recorded if you can't make it live.
02 · DAYS 1 THROUGH 21
The daily drop.
One email from me every morning at 6am. One thing to do. Under five minutes to read.
I am doing the thinking. You are doing the eating.
- The one adjustment for that day
- What I would actually eat, with the numbers on it
- The swap that gets you twenty more grams without cooking anything new
- A short answer to whatever the community got stuck on yesterday
Week one: get to your protein number. One meal at a time, starting with breakfast, until it stops taking effort.
Week two: the fiber, and the hard situations. Restaurants, travel, hotel breakfasts, somebody else's dinner table, the four o'clock snack drawer. I build this week from what you tell me when you join.
Week three: make it stick. Muscle, gut, and stacking it onto what you already do so it keeps running after my emails stop.
03 · THE COMMUNITY
This is the part I care most about.
Private, women only, yours the minute you join.
Here is the thing about doing this at home. You are probably the only person in your house eating this way. Your husband is not counting fiber. Your kids want pasta. Your friends are on something different or nothing at all, and when you try to explain why you are eating 140 grams of protein a day, it comes out sounding impossible.
And then you quit.
The community is where the support is. Everyone in there is a woman roughly your age, working on the same two numbers, at the same time, with the same challenges.
- The daily check-in. One line. Hit it, or did not. A streak you can see beats intention every time.
- The six o'clock thread. Where you go when the fridge is empty and you have twenty minutes and no ideas.
- What we are eating. Women posting what they actually made to hit their numbers. This becomes the most useful thing in the challenge by about day eight.
- Ask me anything. A space where I answer, personally, every day. Not a moderator, not a chatbot.
- The hard rooms. Travel, restaurants, hosting, eating at your mother's house. Post the menu and we solve it before you go.
- The complications thread. Vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free, IBS, medications, hormone therapy, thyroid.
- Wins. Which start quietly around day six and get loud by day ten.
You keep access after the challenge ends.
04 · TWO MORE LIVE CALLS
I will be there at the two moments that matter.
Thursday October 1, the midpoint. Which is exactly when motivation dips, and I would rather be in the room for it than hear about it afterward.
Thursday October 8, the close. What worked, what to keep, what happens next.
Both recorded.

From the women who did it
These women did the twelve-week version. Same two numbers.
This is cohort one of the 21-day challenge, so these are from Thrive 90, my longer program. Same method, more time.
"I've done every diet you can think of, nothing ever stuck. The Thrive Method finally made sense. I actually eat more now than I ever have and I'm losing body fat. This program genuinely changed how I feel in my body."
Yvonne M.
"I lost 13 pounds in just over a month, and the best part is how easy it felt. No deprivation, no willpower battles. This is just how I eat now."
Amy S.
"I'm 55 and needed to lose weight for an upcoming surgery. Lolita's plan and recipes helped me lose over 50 pounds and feel stronger going into it. I'm so grateful."
Jocelyn P.
Results vary. Cohort one of the 21-day challenge starts September 21, and you are among the first to run it.

Level Set
Read this before you buy.
This is not a diet. There is no food you are not allowed to have. No counting, no tracking, no logging, no weighing. There are two numbers and you are going to hit them.
The fiber is harder than the protein. Everyone gets that backwards, and week one is where streaks break. I would rather tell you now than have you find out on day four and think you are failing.
You will not do it perfectly. Twenty-one days, not twenty-one flawless days. I have done this for over a decade and I do not hit both numbers every single day.
And the scale. Yes, this is how the weight comes off. It is how mine came off and how it stayed off. But I am not promising you a number in three weeks, because three weeks is not long enough for the scale to make big changes, but you should see progress that you can take with you to your finish line.
Here is the order it usually goes. Your afternoons change first, somewhere around day five, and you notice you are not hunting for something to snack on at three o'clock. Then your sleep. Then how your clothes fit. The scale is the last one to show up, and plenty of women do see it move inside the three weeks. It is just never the first thing.
Most women quit before the thing they are waiting for arrives. Give it 21 days.
At the end of this you have
One live day to get your numbers. Twenty-one days to hit them.
September 21 through October 11.
Your two numbers
Calculated for your body, not pulled off a chart. You will have them for the rest of your life.
Twenty-one days of hitting them
Which almost no woman your age has ever done, and which is the entire reason things stopped working.
The end of the negotiation
No counting, no logging, no arithmetic at dinner. Two numbers and you are done thinking about it.
Your afternoons back
No three o'clock snack hunt. This is the one everybody writes to me about.
A plan for the hard rooms
Restaurants, travel, hotel breakfasts, somebody else's table. Rehearsed, not improvised.
A few hundred women who get it
Which matters more than any of the above, because you are probably the only person in your house doing this.
This is for you if
- You are a woman in your forties, fifties, or sixties and something that used to work stopped working
- You are eating less than you used to and somehow weigh more
- You are exhausted by thinking about food all day
- You do fine at home and fall apart the second you are in somebody else's kitchen
- You have bought programs and never opened them, and you know exactly why
- You want people around you while you do it
This is not for you if
- You want a number on the scale in 21 days. I am not selling one.
- You want to keep counting calories. That is not what this is, and I will be asking you to stop.
- You want a plan handed over that asks nothing of you daily. This asks you to hit two numbers, every day, for three weeks.
- You would rather do it privately. The room is a large part of what you are paying for.
- You are looking for a quick fix.
Questions
Do I have to count calories?
Is that not still tracking?
Is this live?
I am traveling during the challenge. Should I wait?
What if I fall behind?
I am vegetarian, dairy free, or gluten free.
Is this Thrive 90?
Can I get a refund?
Will there be another round?
You can keep reading about this, or you can eat.
Three weeks from now you are either sleeping better, steady through your afternoons, hitting two numbers without thinking about it, or you are three weeks deeper into the same conversation you have been having with yourself since you turned forty.
Make the most of the three weeks.
$47 plus the cookbook bundle ends Monday at midnight.
Doors close Friday September 18
If you read nothing else, read this.
I know what it is like to have done everything right and watch it stop working. To have your name on a cookbook while your own clothes stop fitting. To read fourteen conflicting things about what you should and shouldn't eat in an afternoon and end up more confused than when you started.
I also know what it is like on the other side of it, and the thing nobody told me was that I would get there by eating more food, not less.
Two numbers. Twenty-one days. Come find out.
