MEET LOLITA
Hi, I'm Lolita. And I've been exactly where you are.
I know what it feels like to do everything right and still feel like your body is working against you.
In my early 40s I was exhausted and gaining weight despite eating less and exercising more than ever. I tried everything. Nothing worked the way it used to, and I had no idea why.
Once I understood how my hormones and metabolism had shifted after 40, everything clicked. I stopped fighting my body and started working with it. Ninety pounds, without restriction, without obsessive tracking, without giving up the life I loved.
I'm 53 now with more energy, strength, and confidence than I had in my 30s. I'm a certified nutritionist, cookbook author, and have been featured on countless TV shows, podcasts, magazines and more. But more than any credential, I'm a woman who found a way through.
